Operational updates do not imply a continuous customer portal, live GPS feed, system integration or a particular reporting platform. The available update method, frequency and evidence are agreed for each movement.

The movement scope, route, cargo, timing and key contacts have been reviewed and accepted.
Typical update: Confirmation of the agreed operating brief and open assumptions, if any.
Collection status
The vehicle is progressing to collection, or the cargo handover has taken place, depending on the agreed milestone.
Typical update: Collection progress and any material site or cargo discrepancy.
In transit
The movement is progressing against the plan and current road and operating conditions.
Typical update: A planned progress milestone or an exception that requires awareness or action.
Delivery status
The vehicle has arrived, handover is in progress, or delivery is complete, as defined for the booking.
Typical update: Arrival or completion status and any receiving exception.
Movement closed
The agreed completion information has been shared and any remaining action is identified.
Typical update: Available proof-of-handover information or a clear note of what remains outstanding.
