Privacy notice

This notice explains how Expedite Logistics handles information provided through this website and in connection with an enquiry.

Current website

Preparing a brief starts on your device.

The detailed quote form can prepare a movement brief in your browser. Preparing, copying or downloading that brief does not by itself send it to Expedite or create a booking. If a separate online submit action is offered and you use it, the submitted information is sent to Expedite for enquiry handling.

If you copy or download the brief, you control that copy and how it is shared. Do not include unnecessary personal information or sensitive material.

Standard technical information may be processed by the hosting service to deliver and protect the website, such as request, security and error records. Retention and access depend on the hosting configuration and should be reviewed whenever that configuration changes.

Quote and enquiry data

Information used to understand the movement.

An enquiry may include a contact name, company, email address, telephone number and preferred response method, together with collection and delivery locations, operating contacts, route, timing, cargo, dimensions, weight, packaging, restrictions, access, handling, update, delivery-evidence and reference details.

Expedite uses submitted information to review and respond to the request, clarify missing details, assess a possible movement, prepare an operating or commercial proposal and, if work is accepted, plan and administer the service. Access should be limited to people and service providers who need it for those purposes, legal compliance, security or support.

Enquiry information should be kept only for as long as needed for the enquiry, any resulting business relationship, legitimate record-keeping, dispute handling and applicable legal duties, then deleted or anonymised where appropriate. Submitting a quote request does not give consent to unrelated marketing; any direct marketing must have its own lawful basis and opt-out route.
