Cargo must be packaged for the intended transport and loading method. Site teams remain responsible for safe loading or unloading where they perform it.

Lawful route and timing
The plan must account for road restrictions, safe operating limits, driver hours and reasonable transit conditions.

Restricted and specialist cargo
Batteries, chemicals, dangerous or regulated goods, controlled items, temperature-sensitive freight, live animals, perishables and unusually high-value consignments must be declared before booking. We assess the cargo, route, documents and available specialist capability; some goods may be declined.
If there is any uncertainty, describe the goods in the initial brief and provide the relevant classification or safety documentation for review.
